Mysteries of Title Insurance

$0.00

Title insurance was created in 1871 and has served to increase the speed and efficiency by which land owners can secure and ultimately convey their property rights. Economists have proven that title insurance promotes a system of ownership that creates property rights which are more marketable, and thus more valuable. This is clearly supported by reviewing the initiatives of many well-known, developed or developing countries outside of the United States who have introduced accurate and complete land recording systems along with title insurance products into their legal systems of government.
