I have not yet received my certificate.

Within 24 hours of the class’s conclusion, certificates for in-person or webinar training sessions will be distributed. They will be sent to you through email and added to your student portal for convenience.

My certificate has the wrong name on it

It’s possible that you registered for our website under a name other than the one that appears on your real estate license if the name on your certificate is incorrect. You can edit your name in the settings after logging into your student portal. You must get in touch with us so that we can reprint the certificate with the new name on it.
